• Build automation framework to manage infrastructure configuration and replace manual work.
• Design migration of on-prem solution to the cloud (GCP).
• Design hybrid solution to enhance capacity of on-prem environments with containers.

Results:

• Framework managing currently 300+ servers in 35+ environments.
• Reduced execution time of installation or configuration use cases up to factor 4.
• Reduced installation and configuration of PTE environments from 3 to 1 business day and for PPE/PROD from 5 to 3 business days.
• Designed deployment architecture for migrating solution to GCP and leverage new cloud functionality instead of simple lift and shift.
• Implemented continuous delivery pipelines for GCP with Google Cloud Build and Openshift with Tekton to automate release deployments.
